1. Definitions

Throughout this document, the following terms carry the meanings given below:

• "Agreement" — these Terms and Conditions as updated from time to time.
• "We / Us / Our" — Vestapath, operating from 58 Nimmanhaemin Soi 9, Suthep, Chiang Mai 50200, Thailand.
• "Service" — the educational and informational resources, programmes, and materials we make available, including the Retirement Readiness Self-Assessment, the Plain-Language Information Library, and the Community Circle Programme.
• "User" — any individual who visits this website or enrols in one of our services.
• "Content" — all text, articles, worksheets, videos, and other materials produced or curated by Vestapath.
• "Website" — the pages and resources accessible at vestapathx.info.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or completing an enrolment, you confirm that you have read and understood this Agreement and consent to be bound by it.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services.
• You confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.
• If you are accessing the website on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.
• If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the website or enrolling in our services.

3. Service Description

Vestapath offers pension-related education and general information resources. Our three current services are:

• Retirement Readiness Self-Assessment (฿3,800)
  A guided worksheet and walkthrough to help individuals reflect on planning questions. It is a reflective, educational tool only and does not constitute advice.
• Plain-Language Information Library (฿5,900)
  Membership access to explainer articles, glossaries, and short videos on how retirement schemes are organised. Purely informational reference material.
• Community Circle Programme (฿9,500)
  A facilitated peer group for shared learning and connection. Sessions do not constitute advice of any kind.

Services are available to users in Thailand and may be accessed by others where not restricted by local laws. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue a service with reasonable notice.

4. User Accounts

Certain services — particularly the Plain-Language Information Library — require you to register for a member account.

• You agree to provide accurate and current information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
• Accounts are personal and may not be shared with or transferred to another individual.
• We may suspend or close an account if we have reasonable grounds to believe the terms of this Agreement have been breached.

5. User Responsibilities

Users agree to engage with our website and services in good faith and in accordance with applicable laws.

Acceptable Use

• Use the website and services for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Respect the privacy and experience of other Community Circle participants.
• Provide honest and accurate information in any communications with us.

Prohibited Activities

• Reproducing, distributing, or reselling our content without written permission.
• Attempting to circumvent access controls or disrupt the operation of the website.
• Using automated tools to scrape, copy, or harvest content.
• Uploading or transmitting any material that is harmful, defamatory, or unlawful.
• Misrepresenting our materials as personal financial or legal advice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including articles, worksheets, videos, graphics, and the overall design — is owned by or licensed to Vestapath. We reserve all rights not expressly granted.

• The Vestapath name, logo, and related marks are proprietary. No licence to use them is granted by these terms.

7. Payment Terms

All prices are shown and payable in Thai Baht (฿). Payment is due at the time of enrolment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of enrolment and may include bank transfer and online payment platforms available in Thailand.
• Access to services is provided once payment has been received and confirmed.
• Requests for refunds should be directed to [email protected] within 7 days of enrolment. We will consider each request fairly, taking into account whether access to materials has begun.
• We reserve the right to revise pricing. Any change will be communicated before it applies to existing members where feasible.

8. Service-Specific Terms

Retirement Readiness Self-Assessment

• Delivered as a digital worksheet with a guided walkthrough session.
• Access is for the enrolled individual only and is not transferable.
• The worksheet is a self-reflection tool. Outputs are for personal use and do not constitute professional assessments.

Plain-Language Information Library

• Membership provides online access to a curated library of articles, glossaries, and videos.
• Content is updated periodically; we do not commit to a specific update schedule.
• Membership is valid for the period purchased and may be renewed.

Community Circle Programme

• Sessions are facilitated peer discussions and are not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.
• A printed companion booklet is included and delivered to the address provided at enrolment.
• Session schedules will be communicated by email after enrolment is confirmed.
• We ask all participants to treat fellow members with respect and maintain the confidentiality of personal matters shared in sessions.

9. Disclaimers

Vestapath provides general education and information only. Nothing on this website or in our services constitutes financial, legal, investment, or retirement planning advice.

• Our content is provided "as is" and we make no representations about its completeness or suitability for any particular purpose.
• We do not warrant that the website will be available at all times or free from errors.
• Regulations and pension rules change over time; we endeavour to keep content current but cannot guarantee it reflects the most recent changes at all times.
• Users are encouraged to consult a qualified professional before making any personal decisions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Thai law, Vestapath's liability for any claim arising from your use of the website or services is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service.

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses of any kind.
• We are not liable for losses resulting from decisions made based on our educational content.

12. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or if we have reasonable cause to do so, with reasonable notice where practical.
• On termination, your right to access content and services ceases. Provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination.

13. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. We hope that any concerns can be resolved through open conversation before formal steps are taken.

• If informal resolution is not possible, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Chiang Mai, Thailand.
• Consumer protection rights under Thai law are unaffected by these terms.

14. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitutes the full understanding between you and Vestapath.
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision on a given occasion does not waive our right to enforce it in future.
• Assignment: You may not transfer your rights under this Agreement. We may transfer ours in connection with a business transfer, with reasonable notice.
• Notices: Notices from you to us should be sent to [email protected]. We will communicate with you at the email address provided at registration.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or applicable law. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where changes are significant, notify active members by email.
